Refund policy

All products bought through the Haven Wholesale Program do not include a return or refund policy but do qualify for full warranty coverage. Haven will assist retailers in offering their customers sleep trials as needed by offering free access to the Second Slumber resale/logistics network.

In the event that a wholesale partner wants to return a new product still in its original sealed packaging like a mattress still compressed in the box for example, Haven will honor a refund less any processing and shipping fees incurred in the return. These new product returns are only available in the first 30 days after delivery.
