Shipping policy

We include free shipping to most locations in Canada and the USA on order of $3000 and above. For orders under $3000 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the products in the order, these rates are for single parcels so we recommend reaching out to our team at customercare@havensleep.com for quotes on larger orders.

In the event of a rate error at checkout Haven reserves the right to offer a corrected shipping rate with proof of cost and request to have the cost covered or to cancel the order if the cost is not agreeable to both parties.

1. You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of the initial purchase. All cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation fee as shipments are prepared within approximately 24 hours of the initial purchase. 
2. Mattresses that are processed for shipment and canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee of $50 for twin and twin xl sizes and $70 for full, queen and king sizes. Custom orders produced are not cancellable as these items can't be resold in most cases.
3. Pillows that are processed for shipment and canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee of $25. 
4. Adjustable bases that are processed for shipment and canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee of $75.
5. If you need to cancel your order because of a shipping quote error Haven will not charge any fees for the order cancellation.
